Step by Step Instruction to Buy Tickets
Here are step by step instruction:

- Select number of tickets and click the “Book Tickets” button.
- Enter your details and make sure you enter correct email for the e-ticket delivery.
- Click on the button “Proceed to PayPal”
- Enter your PayPal login (optional) or enter credit card or debit card information and make the payment.
Once you make the payment you will get PayPal confirmation email, email confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org and once your PayPal payment is verified by us you will get a e-Ticket to your email.
If you have added more tickets or you want to make any changes click the “Cart” button http://www.hudsonvalleycelticfestival.com/cart/ to make any changes and click the “Checkout” button http://www.hudsonvalleycelticfestival.com/checkout/ .
I paid for the ticket booking and did not get any confirmation email or e-Ticket?
Please check your SPAM folder or search for an email from: email@example.com . You should get confirmation email within few minutes and e-Ticket within 24-48 hours. If you have not received any email with 48 hours, you can send an email or contact us.
How do I make a payment using a Debit Card or Credit Card?
You can checkout with PayPal and make payment using any major debit or credit card. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account you can make payment as a guest.
I want to order multiple admission tickets: must each attendee have an email address?
You can enter the same email for all the attendees and you will receive unique tickets to the email address. For example if you ordered 5 tickets you will receive 5 separate emails each email will have unique ticket code.
I want to add more tickets to my cart can I do that and how?
If you need to make any changes to the quantity select the “Cart” option from the menu, make necessary changes and then click the “Checkout” option in the menu.
Do I get a confirmation email and tickets?
Once you make payment you will receive tickets with your unique code to your email. Please allow 24-48 hours to get your unique e-ticket to your email.
Do I need to bring the print-out of my ticket or can I show my email on Smartphone?
No need to print your confirmation ticket, just make sure to bring your ticket as an email or take a picture on your smartphone and save it on your phone so you don’t have to look through your email.
What does a e-ticket or booking confirmation look like?
You will receive a PayPal confirmation email, ticket booking confirmation email and e-ticket.
Not able to see the bar code on e-ticket will I still be allowed to enter?
Some email client blocks most of the unfamiliar email as SPAM and also to avoid size limitation they block images… try doing this
- Click as not spam on your email that would white list our email.
- Click on the “Display images below” and see if you are able to see the bar code…
I tried still I don’t see bar code is it still valid ticket?
Of course, no matter what if you have made the payment all you do is show up at an event and give your name and email and we will be able to check you in with our App.
